Shipping

Coverage and delivery time. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere. Sales, Eid, public holidays, weather or security conditions can cause delays.

Charges. Cash on Delivery orders: Rs 299 shipping. Advance payment (JazzCash / EasyPaisa): Rs 199 shipping.

Order confirmation. COD orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your parcel ships. You can also see your orders by logging in to your account.

Receiving your parcel. Please check the outer packaging before accepting. Courier riders cannot allow trying on clothes before payment.

Return & Exchange

Window. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or defect issues. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.

Defective or wrong items. We cover return and re-delivery shipping. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video (an unboxing video is best).

Size exchanges. You cover the return shipping; we ship the replacement free.

Refunds. Issued only if a replacement is unavailable, by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 7–10 working days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

Not eligible. Sale or clearance items (unless defective) and items damaged after delivery.

Refused COD parcels. Repeated refusals may lead to Cash on Delivery being disabled for that number or address.

Quality

Every ZERO9 piece is inspected before dispatch for stitching, print, measurements and fabric defects. Colours may look slightly different from screen images because of lighting and display settings. If something isn't right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, email, city, delivery address, nearest landmark and order history only to process and deliver orders, provide support and, with your consent, send offers. We share delivery details only with our courier partners and payment providers. We never sell your data. Payments are processed by the respective provider; we never store wallet PINs or card details. Terms of Service

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• An order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel orders because of stock errors, pricing errors, unverifiable contact details or suspected fraud.
• Advance-payment orders are processed after payment is verified.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
